What is peptide support?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body. In the right context, certain peptide‑based therapies may be used to support things like recovery, body composition, sleep, or healthy aging.

At Sage & Honey, peptides are never sold off a menu. Any protocol is prescribed and monitored by Dr. Endo, based on a full medical evaluation, your symptoms, and when appropriate, your labs. We design a plan, review potential benefits and risks, and adjust or discontinue therapy if it’s not serving you.

What can peptide programs help with?

Depending on your individual case and what’s medically appropriate, peptide‑based protocols may be considered to support:
  • Exercise recovery and tissue repair
  • Changes in body composition alongside nutrition and training
  • Hair and skin quality as part of a broader plan
  • Energy, sleep quality, or general “feel” of aging
Not every concern is best addressed with peptides, and not everyone is a candidate. Sometimes the best plan is sleep, nutrition, resistance training, or another medical route entirely – and we will tell you that.

How our peptide programs work

1. Medical consultWe review your history, medications, symptoms, and goals, and discuss whether peptide therapy is even appropriate to consider.2. Labs & screening (when needed)When indicated, we order or review labs to better understand your baseline and rule out red flags.3. Protocol designIf you’re a good candidate, Dr. Endo designs a protocol that may include up to a set number of peptide components, with dosing and timing matched to your situation.4. Ongoing monitoringWe check in regularly to track how you’re feeling, review any side effects, and adjust or stop therapy as your body and goals change.

Frequently asked questions

No. We don’t hand you a shopping list. Specific medications and combinations are selected by Dr. Endo after your evaluation. You’ll always know what you’re taking and why, and you can say no at any point.

Yes. Any medication or injectable carries potential risks and side effects. We review these with you before you start, monitor you along the way, and adjust or discontinue therapy if anything concerning arises.

It varies. Some patients use peptide support for a defined window around a specific goal; others longer‑term. We reassess regularly to make sure the protocol still makes sense for your health, goals, and budget.

Most peptide programs are self‑pay. We’ll review all costs with you before you commit so there are no surprises.
